Your New Favourite Chat Model Is Back!

Qwen Plus Character is now available again for I’m All In users.

We temporarily removed the model after identifying issues that were preventing it from running as efficiently and reliably as expected. We’ve now completed the necessary optimizations and brought it back online.

Qwen Plus Character was built for extended roleplays, with a strong focus on character consistency, long-form continuity, and staying true to the tone and personality of your character. It’s especially good at following the direction of a story over longer conversations, handling deep or brave themes, and keeping dialogue natural and in-character.

We know many of you fell in love with the model and made it your daily driver, so if you’ve been waiting to get back to it, it’s ready to use again.

Thanks for your patience while we worked on it. 💜

New Chat Model Released: Meet Qwen Plus Character! 🎉

Say hello to Qwen Plus Character, the newest model joining Pixelchat — available now for I’m All In members.

This is a new roleplay focused model from the Qwen Family, the model is built specifically for extended roleplays. It pays close attention to the character’s persona, holds onto it across longer scenes, and follows the tone your story calls for. If you’ve ever had a model slowly drift away from who your character is supposed to be, Qwen Character Plus is designed to handle that better.

What it does well

  • Strong character consistency — it uses the details written in the character card and stays closer to the intended personality throughout the roleplay.
  • Better long-form continuity — built for extended scenes where maintaining character, tone, and story direction matters.
  • Adapts to the story’s tone — whether the scene is emotional, tense, darker, or more intense, it follows the direction instead of flattening everything into the same style.
  • Natural, characterful dialogue — responsive writing that feels distinct and keeps the scene moving.

Pro tip: Qwen Plus Character performs best with a detailed and well written characters. The more personality, background, and context you give it, the more it has to work with.

Qwen Plus Character is now available exclusively for I’m All In users.

Give it a try and let us know how it feels in longer roleplays.

Weekly Update — Model Changes, Chat Improvements & More

A few useful updates went live this week, including model changes, quality-of-life improvements, and fixes across the platform.

Zeta G4 is now part of the Default model selection

Since its release, Zeta G4 has become a favorite among Free and Get a Taste users and has been performing well across the platform.

We’ve now added it as one of the models used under the Default selection. Upgrading the default experience from 8B to 26B model.

Since the default model changes now and then, Zeta G4 is also still available separately, so you can select it directly whenever you specifically want to use it.

We’ve also made the previous default model, Lyra Spiced, available as its own option for anyone who preferred its style. It’s a fine-tuned version of Lyra that works well for lighter, general-purpose roleplays.

 Other improvements/features

  • You can now sort chats by Recent, Oldest, or Most Active.
  • Restored Sort by Name on the My Chatbots page.
  • Voice playback is now hidden on bot messages longer than 2,000 characters, since TTS does not support messages beyond that length.
  • One of the most frustrating issues was losing a message you had spent time writing when an error occurred. Failed messages will now remain saved as a draft, so you can try sending them again instead of starting over.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue on Android where chatbot cards displayed every assigned tag instead of a limited number.
  • Fixed an issue on Android where the Copy Message option could be cut off on longer messages.

As always, thank you for the feedback and reports. 💜

Weekly Update: Conversation Access Fixes And QOL Improvements

A few useful updates went out this week, including some quality-of-life improvements, an important conversation access fix, and a small model lineup change.

Favorites page now has a dedicated Groups tab

We’ve added a dedicated Groups tab to the Favorites page.

Previously, favorite groups were shown together with chatbots. You can now browse your favorite Chatbots and Groups separately, which should make the page cleaner and easier to use.

Clearer subscription info for one-time payments

Users with one-time payment subscriptions now have a Manage Subscription option that opens a read-only subscription overview page.

This page shows your plan, payment type, expiry date, and days remaining. No more guessing about when your subscription will run out or whether you need to cancel.

Conversation access fix

We fixed a major issue where users could lose access to their conversations if a character was made private or removed from the platform by the creator or moderation team.

This has now been fixed, and you should be able to access your existing conversations even if something happens to the character later.

We saw some speculation and frustration around this one, so just to be clear: this was a bug, not an intended change. Thanks to everyone who reported it and helped us track it down.

WizardLM 144B has been sunset

We also sunset WizardLM 144B this week.

The model was outdated and had very low usage, so we’ve removed it from the model lineup.

Apart from that, we’ve made a few smaller improvements and bug fixes across the platform.

As always, thank you for the reports, feedback, and patience. 💜

Say Hello to Zeta-G4-26B: Pixelchat's Best Free Model Yet

Hey everyone,

Making Pixelchat better for everyone is something we work on every day — and that includes our free users.

Today, we're rolling out Zeta-G4-26B, our new free model.

This is a big step up from our previous free models. Beta testing feedback was overwhelmingly positive — some testers even called it "too good to be free." That's exactly the kind of first impression we want new users to have when they start roleplaying on Pixelchat.

Zeta-G4-26B is a lite model that punches well above its weight. It delivers natural dialogue, clean formatting ,and coherent story progression. It follows your lead, keeps the moment moving, and never rushes a scene.

It really shines with:

  • Everyday roleplay and casual stories
  • Natural, character-true dialogue
  • Single-character scenarios
  • Simple-to-medium character setups

Beta testers also loved how well it handles all kinds of characters — even ones that aren't perfectly written. It has a real knack for turning a rough character into something fun, usable, and immersive.

That said, Zeta-G4 is still a lite model. It can struggle with complex multi-character scenes, very deep lore, long-term memory, and multilingual chats. For those, our higher-end models still deliver the stronger consistency and depth they're built for.

But for free users, this is a major upgrade — and we're genuinely excited to put it in your hands.

As always, keep the feedback coming. Your testing and comments directly shape what we improve, what we release, and what we build next. 💛

Weekly Update: Small Character Edits Now Excluded From Manual Moderation!

Hey everyone 👋

Nothing too major this week, but we do have one requested improvement for creators.

Small edits now apply instantly

Some creator edits will now apply immediately instead of going through review.

This includes edits limited to:

  • Tags
  • The Exclude from Group Chats toggle
  • The Show Personality toggle
  • Attaching or removing a voice
  • Attaching or removing a Lorebook

Our priority is to keep creating on PixelChat fun and smooth, while still keeping the platform safe. This should make smaller updates much easier without adding unnecessary waiting time.

Also, spoiler alert for free users: something nice is cooking for you. 👀

Weekly Update — Russian Payments, Persona Fixes & Mobile Improvements

A smaller update this week, but we’ve pushed a few useful fixes and improvements across web and mobile.

Russian payment methods with VPN

Russian users should now be able to access Russian payment methods even when using a VPN.

On the checkout page, set your Billing Country to Russia, and the available Russian payment methods should load correctly.

Web fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Discard Changes confirmation did not appear on the Create and Edit Persona pages after making changes and trying to leave without saving.
  • Fixed an issue where the Suggest Tags dropdown on chatbot profiles would stay open after clicking outside of it.
  • Fixed an issue where some buttons on the Add Member page on group chat creation were not translated properly when using another site language.
  • Fixed an issue where the Auto Suggestion button on the Create Group page was not generating content for the Greeting and Scenario fields.

Mobile app fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Generate Image modal could not be scrolled properly while the keyboard was open, making some fields hard to access while typing.
  • Fixed an issue where the Unsaved Changes popup appeared on the Create Chatbot page even when no changes had been made.

That’s it for this week.

As always, thank you for the reports and feedback. 💜

📊 Weekly Update — Creator Analytics, Group Attribution & Fixes

Hey everyone 👋

We've got a few updates this week, including one we're especially excited to release for creators.

📈 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞

We're excited to introduce Creator Analytics. Creators can now access a new 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 dashboard to better understand how their characters are performing over time.

The dashboard gives you visibility into things like number of messages generated, engagement, ratings, and other performance signals that can help you understand what's working and where users are spending time.

You can also adjust the time range and view analytics for individual characters, making it easier to track performance across your creations.

A few things to note:

- Analytics are not real-time and update once every 24 hours.

- Analytics are private and only visible to the creator.

You can access analytics by visiting My Chatbots and clicking on Creator Analytics.

Read more about Creator Analytics here

👥 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬

We've also added creator attribution in Group Chats.

On the Group Chat profile, the original creator's username will now appear under each chatbot name, making it clearer who created each character.

🔧 𝐅𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐬 & 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

- The 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬 setting now only appears for 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 chatbots, since it doesn't apply to Private or Unlisted bots.

- Fixed an issue where 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐬 were not loading properly.

In the next couple of weeks, we'll also improve Public Edit Moderation and prevent putting bots into review for changes like group settings, tags, etc.

That's it for this week. As always, thank you for the feedback 💜

🛠️ 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 — 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤

Hey everyone! Here's a roundup of improvements and fixes we shipped this week — a lot of it driven directly by your feedback. 🙌

But before that, I just wanted to share...

Since its release just one week ago, GLAM 5.1 has quickly become a fan favorite. Users are calling it our most immersive, most human-feeling model yet — with characters that stay believable, stories that drive themselves, and writing that genuinely feels alive.

If you haven't tried it yet, you're truly missing out.

👉𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐌 𝟓.𝟏

The weekly update now:

🔍 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 & 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠

✅ 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬. When you pick Latest or Popular, results stay sorted that way. Previously, relevance ranking could quietly override your choice — that's fixed, so browsing should feel a lot more predictable now.

✅ 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤. We fixed a frustrating bug where you could end up with multiple Definition Size filters selected and be unable to deselect them after certain page changes. You can now toggle them freely again.

🎨 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬

✅ 𝐅𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐞 "𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧" 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐬. We resolved the issue where avatars were being wrongly flagged as real people. We've improved the system, so these false flags should be far less common going forward. We know it was annoying — thanks for your patience while we worked on it. 💜

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝. We resolved a bug where avatar generation could fail when using reference images. Image-based avatar creation should be much more reliable now.

As always, keep the feedback coming — it genuinely shapes what we fix next. 🚀

🚀 Introducing GLAM-5.1 (744B) — our most immersive model yet

We're excited to officially introduce 𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐌 𝟓.𝟏, one of the most advanced and immersive roleplay models we've released on Pixelchat so far.

Based on feedback from our beta testers, here’s where GLAM 5.1 really stands out:

🎭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞. Stronger personality consistency. More believable behavior. They stay in character — even deep into long sessions.

✍️ 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧. Natural phrasing, real nuance, far less of that telltale AI cadence.

🎬 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧. Better scene progression, stronger initiative, fewer "now what?" moments where you're carrying the whole RP.

🎨 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲. Fresh dialogue, surprising turns, noticeably less repetition.

👥 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐮𝐩. Distinct voices, clear dynamics, less confusion between characters.

One tester put it simply: 𝘐𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘥𝘢𝘺.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭

GLAM 5.1 is now available exclusively for I’m All In users.
If you’ve been waiting to experience the next level of roleplay on Pixelchat, now’s the perfect time to upgrade.

Get GLAM 5.1

𝐀𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤

🔄 𝐒𝐤𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨 → 𝐒𝐤𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝

We've replaced Skylee Pro with Skylee Seed, a newer and improved version of the model with overall better quality and performance.

⏳ 𝐔𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐭

We'll also be sunsetting 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐮𝐦 𝟕𝟐𝐁 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬. We know some of you still enjoy the model, so we wanted to give everyone advance notice before it's retired.

And finally… to everyone who managed to discover GLAM 5.1 yesterday before the official announcement 👀

Good job. You found the easter egg early.

As always, we'd love to hear your feedback once you've spent some time with the model. 💜
